Regent Dental Invisalign & Orthodontic Maintenance Plan
Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Regent Dental Invisalign Maintenance Plan is an in-house membership designed to support the long-term stability of your smile following Invisalign treatment at Regent Dental. It provides ongoing monitoring and maintenance to help keep your results stable over time.
2. Membership Fee
£15 per month. Payments are collected automatically via Direct Debit on a monthly basis. Minimum term: 12 months. After the initial term, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 10.
3. What's Included
Each 12-month membership period includes:
One annual Invisalign stability check
Digital iTero scan as part of your Invisalign stability check
Comparison with your final Invisalign outcome using Regent Dental's digital scan records
Remote review by a Regent Dental dentist as part of ongoing alignment monitoring
One set of custom clear retainers, upper and lower, per year
One professional whitening gel refill per year
Priority access for alignment review appointments
Access to the Regent Dental team for Invisalign-related queries and review appointments where needed
4. Important Clarifications
Retainers help maintain your results, however natural changes in tooth position can still occur over time. This plan provides ongoing monitoring of your Invisalign results, and all treatment recommendations are subject to clinical assessment.
Discounts and benefits apply only while membership is active. Routine dental examinations and hygiene appointments are not included and must be maintained separately.
Digital scans are included as part of your ongoing care at Regent Dental. If copies are requested for transfer or use outside of Regent Dental, this will be treated as a separate service and may incur an administrative and record preparation fee.
5. Retainers & Fair Usage
The plan includes one set of retainers per 12-month period. During the first 12 months following Invisalign treatment, additional retainer replacement may be required due to normal wear. Reduced replacement fees may be offered during this period.
Additional retainers required due to loss, damage, parafunction such as grinding or clenching, discolouration, or inappropriate care may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed in advance.
6. Eligibility
This plan is available to patients who have completed Invisalign treatment at Regent Dental. Suitability for ongoing maintenance is determined by a Regent Dental dentist.
7. Appointments & Use of Benefits
Annual reviews must be attended within the relevant membership period. Included benefits are provided on a 12-month cycle and reset annually from the membership start date. They do not roll over.
Retainers and annual checks are provided where membership is active at the time of provision, and all benefits are non-transferable and cannot be used after cancellation.
Discounted Invisalign treatment benefits are available after 12 months of continuous active membership and require membership to remain active at the time treatment is started. This plan does not replace routine dental care, which should be maintained separately.
8. Payments
Payments are collected automatically via Direct Debit on a monthly basis. Membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.
Failed Payments
Payments are managed via an automated system. If a payment fails, reattempts will be made automatically, and continued failure may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits. While payments are outstanding, benefits may be paused and discounts may not be applied.
9. Price Review
The membership fee may be reviewed from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
10. Cancellation
After the initial 12-month period, membership can be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days' notice in writing via email to info@regent-dental.co.uk. Verbal requests cannot be accepted.
If membership is cancelled within the first 12 months, Regent Dental reserves the right to charge for any benefits received at standard rates, less payments already made. This will need to be settled before cancellation is completed.
Membership benefits remain active until the end of the notice period, after which all benefits and discounts will no longer apply. No partial refunds are issued.
Membership benefits are provided on an annual basis. If cancellation is requested, benefits already used within the current 12-month period will be taken into account when calculating any outstanding balance where applicable. Regent Dental may require payment of the remaining balance for that period before cancellation is complete.
11. Clinical Responsibility
All care provided under this plan remains subject to clinical judgement and will always be discussed with you before proceeding. Patients are under no obligation to proceed with further treatment.
12. General
This plan is an in-house membership provided by Regent Dental. Regent Dental may update these terms where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
