Invisalign® & Orthodontic

Orthodontic Maintenance Plan

Protect your straight smile

After Invisalign or orthodontic treatment, retainers are essential to help keep your teeth in their new position. Teeth can naturally move over time, even after treatment, which is why ongoing monitoring and retainer support are so important.

Our Orthodontic Maintenance Plan is designed to help you protect your results, monitor your tooth position and access support if any early movement is detected.

The Plan

What's Included In The Plan

A yearly review to check how your teeth are settling after treatment and whether your retainers are still doing their job.

Includes:

  • - Digital iTero scan to assess tooth position
  • - Comparison with your previous orthodontic records where available
  • - Clinical review to identify any early signs of movement
  • - Advice on retainer wear and long-term stability

Your plan includes one standard set of clear Essix retainers each year to help maintain your smile.

Guidance on how to care for your retainers, when to replace them and what to do if they feel tight, loose or uncomfortable.

If you notice changes in your bite, tooth position or retainer fit, our team can advise you on the next steps.

If further alignment or refinement is recommended, we will discuss your options clearly and provide any available plan-member savings.

Composite Bonding

Composite Bonding Maintenance Plan

Keep your bonding looking fresh

Composite bonding is a beautiful, minimally invasive way to enhance your smile, but like any dental treatment, it needs the right care to stay looking its best.

Over time, bonding can pick up stains, lose some of its shine, or experience small chips or rough edges. Our Composite Bonding Maintenance Plan is designed to help maintain the appearance, smoothness and longevity of your bonding.

The Plan

What's Included In The Plan

A yearly review to check the condition of your bonding and identify any early signs of staining, wear, roughness or chipping.

Includes:

  • - Assessment of the bonding surface and edges
  • - Bite and wear check
  • - Review of staining or shade changes
  • - Advice on how to protect your bonding at home

A professional polish to help refresh the surface of your composite bonding and maintain a smoother, brighter-looking finish.

If small rough areas are present, your dentist may be able to smooth and refine them during your maintenance visit, where clinically appropriate.

We will guide you on how to keep your smile looking even, especially if you are considering whitening or have noticed natural teeth changing shade around the bonding.

If your bonding needs repair, replacement or further enhancement, all options and costs will be discussed with you clearly in advance.

2. Membership Fee

£15 per month. Payments are collected automatically via Direct Debit on a monthly basis. Minimum term: 12 months. After the initial term, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 10.

3. What's Included

Each 12-month membership period includes:

One annual Invisalign stability check

Digital iTero scan as part of your Invisalign stability check

Comparison with your final Invisalign outcome using Regent Dental's digital scan records

Remote review by a Regent Dental dentist as part of ongoing alignment monitoring

One set of custom clear retainers, upper and lower, per year

One professional whitening gel refill per year

Priority access for alignment review appointments

Access to the Regent Dental team for Invisalign-related queries and review appointments where needed

4. Important Clarifications

Retainers help maintain your results, however natural changes in tooth position can still occur over time. This plan provides ongoing monitoring of your Invisalign results, and all treatment recommendations are subject to clinical assessment.

Discounts and benefits apply only while membership is active. Routine dental examinations and hygiene appointments are not included and must be maintained separately.

Digital scans are included as part of your ongoing care at Regent Dental. If copies are requested for transfer or use outside of Regent Dental, this will be treated as a separate service and may incur an administrative and record preparation fee.

5. Retainers & Fair Usage

The plan includes one set of retainers per 12-month period. During the first 12 months following Invisalign treatment, additional retainer replacement may be required due to normal wear. Reduced replacement fees may be offered during this period.

Additional retainers required due to loss, damage, parafunction such as grinding or clenching, discolouration, or inappropriate care may incur additional charges, which will always be discussed in advance.

6. Eligibility

This plan is available to patients who have completed Invisalign treatment at Regent Dental. Suitability for ongoing maintenance is determined by a Regent Dental dentist.

7. Appointments & Use of Benefits

Annual reviews must be attended within the relevant membership period. Included benefits are provided on a 12-month cycle and reset annually from the membership start date. They do not roll over.

Retainers and annual checks are provided where membership is active at the time of provision, and all benefits are non-transferable and cannot be used after cancellation.

Discounted Invisalign treatment benefits are available after 12 months of continuous active membership and require membership to remain active at the time treatment is started. This plan does not replace routine dental care, which should be maintained separately.

8. Payments

Payments are collected automatically via Direct Debit on a monthly basis. Membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months.

Failed Payments

Payments are managed via an automated system. If a payment fails, reattempts will be made automatically, and continued failure may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits. While payments are outstanding, benefits may be paused and discounts may not be applied.

9. Price Review

The membership fee may be reviewed from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.

10. Cancellation

After the initial 12-month period, membership can be cancelled at any time by providing 30 days' notice in writing via email to info@regent-dental.co.uk. Verbal requests cannot be accepted.

If membership is cancelled within the first 12 months, Regent Dental reserves the right to charge for any benefits received at standard rates, less payments already made. This will need to be settled before cancellation is completed.

Membership benefits remain active until the end of the notice period, after which all benefits and discounts will no longer apply. No partial refunds are issued.

Membership benefits are provided on an annual basis. If cancellation is requested, benefits already used within the current 12-month period will be taken into account when calculating any outstanding balance where applicable. Regent Dental may require payment of the remaining balance for that period before cancellation is complete.

11. Clinical Responsibility

All care provided under this plan remains subject to clinical judgement and will always be discussed with you before proceeding. Patients are under no obligation to proceed with further treatment.

12. General

This plan is an in-house membership provided by Regent Dental. Regent Dental may update these terms where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
